For items that are made to order, please allow for up to 8-10 working days for manufacturing.

SHIPPING WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA:
For standard door-to-door-signed-for ECONOMY local delivery, we ship via The Courier Guy.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been fulfilled and shipped, as well as an email notification with your tracking number.
R120.00 shipping fee (Please note, this may change depending on delivery area and weight of order. You will be quoted accordingly at checkout) 
Once processed and dispatched, your order should arrive within 3-7 working days (depending on area).
We send parcels from Monday to Friday during working hours (this excludes South African public holidays).
We cannot deliver to a PO Box and will require a physical address as well as name and contact number to fulfill the order (as it would need to be signed for).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 
We ship worldwide using DHL Express, FedEx, & Economy. 
You will be quoted accordingly at checkout. 
Once processed and dispatched, your order should arrive between 3-7 working days depending upon destination, customs, and choose delivery method.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been fulfilled and shipped, as well as an email notification with your tracking number. All international packages require a signature upon delivery.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. 
International orders, and orders shipped outside South Africa may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. 
Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; VALOYI AFRICA (trading as 'UDO & HARMONY' ) has no control over these charges, nor can VALOYI AFRICA predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
